Canceling an Order

Return & Refund Policy
- Return Period: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order. Beyond this, we consider the order final.
- Valid Reasons for Return: We accept returns if the product is damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t match the listed specifications.
- Condition for Returns: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Minor defects like loose threads do not qualify for a return.
- Evidence for Refunds: Provide the shipping label/receipt, proof of purchase, photos of the defect, and any relevant email correspondence.
